Job Description

The Camino Coffee Cart team is looking for a logistic focused and hospitality driven Event Lead. The Event Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing all logistics for events, and curating a wonderful event experience as a barista. This role ensures every event runs smoothly from preparation to breakdown, while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Packing for events at HQ

• Communication skills 

• Drive company van to event location

• Set up Coffee Cart

• Serve quality coffee with latte art and efficiency 

• Equipment Maintenance

• Tear down and unpack at HQ

• Help with warehouse task as needed

• Log inventory 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience as a barista or customer service role with passion to learn how to make specialty coffee drinks

• Excellent communication with customers on a friendly and professional level 

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining high class hospitality 

• Can calmly problem solve in any situation

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during holiday seasons as needed

• Capacity to lift up to 60 pounds

• Able to stand for extended periods of time

• Is able to drive a Ford Transit 250 van and has a clean driving record
