The Camino Coffee Cart is looking for a logistics-savvy, people-loving Event Lead Barista to bring energy, precision, and top-tier hospitality to every event we serve. You won’t just be making coffee—you’ll be running the show and creating moments people remember.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

- Prepping and packing for events at HQ

- Driving our Ford Transit 250 van

- Setting up beautiful, efficient coffee service

- Crafting high-quality drinks (latte art encouraged 👀)

- Leading smooth, seamless event execution from start to finish

- Keeping equipment dialed in and ready to go

- Breaking down + resetting for the next event

- Supporting warehouse flow + inventory

💡 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has barista or customer service experience (or strong desire to learn specialty coffee)

- Brings great energy and clear communication

- Thrives in fast-paced environments without sacrificing quality

- Can problem-solve calmly under pressure

- Is flexible (evenings, weekends, holidays)

- Can lift 60 lbs and stay on their feet during events

- Has a clean driving record and is comfortable driving a Ford Transit van
